These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for receiving and reading an Advance Reader Copy (“ARC”) from L. L. Loveland.
By accepting an ARC, joining my ARC list, or downloading an ARC through BookFunnel, you agree to the following:

1. Purpose of ARC Copies

ARC copies are provided for early review purposes only.
They are not the final version of the book and may contain minor errors.

ARC copies are not for resale, sharing, or distribution.

2. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all unreleased content private until the official publication date.
This includes:
   •    plot details
   •    twists and major reveals
   •    screenshots
   •    extended quotes
   •    unpublished content

Short quotes (under 10% of a chapter) are allowed only in reviews with no spoilers.

3. No Sharing or Distribution

You agree not to:
   •    share the ARC file with anyone
   •    upload or post the ARC online
   •    forward BookFunnel links
   •    copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the ARC
   •    post large excerpts or full scenes

ARC files are for your personal use only.

4. Reviews

Reviews are always voluntary.

If you choose to leave a review:
   •    honesty is welcome
   •    spoilers must be clearly labeled
   •    do not include private ARC-only details

You may post reviews on Goodreads, BookBub, Amazon (after launch), or social media.

5. Removal From ARC List

You may be removed from the ARC list for:
   •    sharing ARC files or links
   •    uploading the book online
   •    repeated unmarked spoilers
   •    harassment or harmful behavior
   •    violating confidentiality

Removal is at my discretion and protects the integrity of the ARC team.

6. Email Communication

By joining the ARC list, you consent to receive:
   •    ARC delivery emails
   •    reminder emails
   •    release updates

You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Copyright

All ARC materials are protected by copyright and may not be:
   •    copied
   •    altered
   •    translated
   •    distributed
   •    resold

You receive a limited, non-transferable license only for personal reading.

8. Liability

ARC participation is voluntary.
I am not responsible for:
   •    device issues
   •    lost files
   •    BookFunnel errors
   •    delays or technical problems

BookFunnel support is available for download issues.
